AR3000 Optisk Afstands Sensor:
Acuity's AccuRange 3000 laser distance sensors are very unique distance measuring devices. They employ a phase-shfit time-of-flight measurement principle that leads to very accurate distance calculations. The devices measures phase shift of transmitted and incomming reflected light.
The AR3000 measures to 300m without the use of reflective targets and 3000m with retroreflective targets. It can measure to any opaque surface. The resolution of the measurement is 1 mm, and the acuracy is +/-20mm at 100hz or +/-60mm at 2000Hz.
The distance is transmitted through serial communications or analog outputs. The device monitors the distance to (and speed of) objects in motion.
The AR3000 has a Class 2 visible laser diode for aiming, and uses a 905nm laser clas 1 for meassuring.
